Description

 

The refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed 1930’s art deco pavilion located on seafront in Porthcawl. The existing frontage and dome will be retained and repaired, whilst the building fabric will be upgraded and extensions will be placed on the rear wings on the Ground floor, and a set back glazed extension on the first floor.

Roles & Responsibilities: Architect

I was the Project Architect role responsible for developing the scheme from RIBA stage 2 to Construction stage.

Stage 3 - Planning

- Developing scheme from Stage 2

- Leading and attending DTMs with design team and client

- Producing drawings and documentation for Planning Application

- Producing drawings and documentation for LUF Funding Application
